Samantha Kiley

President

Samantha Kiley serves as the Vice President, Community Health and Social Impact for AtlantiCare. In this role, she oversees and expertly guides the growth of the AtlantiCare Foundation’s many programs and initiatives. She also serves as the President of the Midtown CDC board and leads its work within Atlantic City. A respected leader and compassionate advocate for healthy communities, Sam’s many talents help to build a revitalized, stronger Midtown community.

Hak Kim

Treasurer

Hak Kim is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of the AtlantiCare Health System. As Treasurer for the Midtown CDC, Hak guides budget management and financial planning. With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, Hak ensures the financial health and sustainability of our organization. As an industry leader, he brings technical expertise and a commitment to the continued success of the Midtown CDC.

Kate O'Malley

Secretary

Kate O’Malley is a passionate advocate for the arts. She brings her extensive experience within the community, strong relationships in Atlantic City, business, and non-profit communities, and a tireless commitment to foster arts and culture in Atlantic City. Her work has underscored her commitment to artistic innovation and community engagement. Currently, she serves as a consultant for nonprofits, where she continues to champion creativity and cultural exchange.

Darren L. Clinkscale

Darren Clinkscale is the Director of Property Management for the AtlantiCare Health System. With proven leadership, he brings a unique blend of business acumen and community advocacy to his role as Secretary. As a seasoned business and community leader, Darren understands the importance of economic empowerment. He holds an MBA and is a staunch supporter of initiatives that promote a healthy, thriving Midtown – from both the economic and community perspectives.

Scott Cronick

Scott Cronick is a journalist, entrepreneur, and community advocate who has spent three decades shaping the cultural and civic landscape of South Jersey. During his 28-year career at The Press of Atlantic City, he served in key editorial roles before becoming Director of Entertainment Publications, where he revitalized major events and launched new regional staples such as Burger Bash and the now–sold-out-every-year Atlantic City Wing Fest. Mentored by local legends Bob Burns and Pinky Kravitz, Cronick also built a prominent radio career and has hosted the region’s top drive-time talk show on WOND since 2015.Beyond media, Cronick has been deeply committed to community revitalization and philanthropy. He co-leads the MBCA Foundation and has raised significant funds and awareness for local causes. He serves on the boards of the Midtown CDC and Chelsea EDC and remains a passionate champion for Atlantic City’s small businesses, neighborhoods, and diverse food culture. Cronick credits his greatest motivation to his family and the people who make Atlantic City home.

Lisa Givens

Lisa Givens, an education advocate and senior administrator with Atlantic Cape Community College, brings her deep understanding of educational systems to our board. Her commitment to improving opportunities for residents of all ages aligns with our goal of building a strong foundation for everyone. Lisa is a lifelong resident of Atlantic City and also serves as President of the Westside Neighborhood Protection Association. Her deep connections to the Westside (Best side!) of Atlantic City is a strength for many of our community enhancement programs.

Derek Longcrier

Derek Longcrier is a retired professional with nearly 20 years as the Chief Engineer for the AtlantiCare Health System. Throughout his career, he held key positions at Atlanticare, where he contributed significantly to the management of operations and mechanical systems. Also serving on the board for Chicken Bone Beach Historical Foundation,Inc., the Atlantic City Zoning Board and also as a volunteer with the Mighty Writers of Atlantic City. Now serving on the board of the Midtown CDC, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to advance the organization’s mission and goals.

Donna Michael-Ziereis

Donna Michael-Ziereis is Executive Vice President of Administration, Chief Legal Officer & Chief of Staff for the AtlantiCare Health System. In this position she provides legal counseling on a variety of corporate and healthcare topics, and handles general corporate matters. In her role as a board member for the Midtown CDC, Donna provides leadership for all legal and regulatory matters. Her leadership within the community, passion for healthy communities, and commitment to Midtown’s mission are key assets to our board.

Rev. Dr. Stafford J. Miller

Rev. Dr. Stafford J. Miller, a retired United Methodist Pastor with a background in public engagement and community organizing, is dedicated to addressing the many social disparities within our community. His experience as a tireless community advocate and his experience in housing policy development helps us design and implement many initiatives that improve the quality of life for our residents.

Courtney Peters

Courtney Peters is a dedicated professional with over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry. Currently serving as a Vice President with TD Bank, Courtney specializes in commercial lending and relationship management. She is known for her analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to building exceptional relationships. Her dedication to making a positive difference and her leadership in communities across southern New Jersey make her an invaluable asset to both her bank and the Midtown CDC.

Loretta Richardson

Loretta Richardson is a highly experienced Vice President of Community Development Banking with PNC. Loretta has a deep commitment to fostering strong community partnerships and driving impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives, she has successfully led numerous outreach programs that have significantly benefited local communities. Additionally, Loretta serves on the board of several non-profit organizations, where she utilizes her expertise to promote sustainable development and social equity.

Lee Sanchez

Lee Sanchez is a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry with over 30 years of experience.  In 2017, Lee started STW Hospitality, a consulting firm focused only on helping companies develop and grow their brands, operations management and leadership development. He works closely with owners and operators leveraging his years of experience. Lee is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience and empowering teams to achieve top performance by leveraging his expertise and record of success in concept development, operational strategy, and team leadership.

Glen Stoll

Glen Stoll is an accomplished, results-driven healthcare leader who currently serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of the AtlantiCare Foundation. Since joining the organization in 2000, she has held a wide range of leadership roles, consistently advancing strategy, performance, and operational excellence across complex clinical and administrative environments. Her expertise spans multi-site physician practice operations, clinical network growth, business development, practice acquisition, physician and board relations, talent development, employee engagement, patient experience, quality improvement, and strategic communications. She is also skilled in integrating healing arts into healthcare and in planning high-impact events and fundraising.

Christian Ragland

Christian Ragland, MPA, ECDHE, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Health Equity at AtlantiCare, where he leads the organization’s transformative health equity strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State, a master’s in public administration from Walden University, and a Diversity and Inclusion for HR certificate from Cornell University. Deeply committed to community leadership, Ragland founded the Egg Harbor City Community Leadership Academy for young men and leads a weekly healthcare careers program with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. He serves in leadership roles at Lighthouse Community Church, on the executive board of the Jersey Shore Council of the Boy Scouts of America—where he chairs DEI efforts—and on the board of AtlantiCare’s Federally Qualified Health Center. An educator as well, he teaches U.S. History as an adjunct professor at Atlantic Cape Community College. Ragland lives in Mays Landing with his wife and three children and enjoys traveling, staying active, and supporting his alma mater.
