Midtown: The Heart of Atlantic City
Midtown is a vibrant neighborhood at the core of Atlantic City, rich with community assets, active organizations, thriving businesses, and established residential areas.
The Midtown Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing and improving the neighborhood’s economic, social, and physical environment. The Midtown CDC collaborates with residents, businesses, and local government to develop and renovate housing, support local enterprises, and enhance the overall quality of life in the community.
It includes the following geographic area:
- Kentucky Avenue to Tennessee Avenue between Sewell and Wabash
- Ohio Avenue to Tennessee Avenue between Wabash and Baltic
- Arkansas Avenue to Virginia Avenue between Baltic and Pacific
- Michigan Avenue to Connecticut Avenue between Pacific Avenue and Boardwalk
- The Midtown neighborhood consists of census tracts 11 and 24.
